2012 Skier Survey Results


In February, 160 of you completed our on-line survey -- a phenomenal response! You gave us a wide range of information and many different opinions, which we'll be looking at in depth over the summer. Here are the most common answers:

1. What you loved most:
- The variety and length of the trails
- Accessibility and proximity to Spokane
- Friendliness and the sense of community on the hill
- The incredible beauty of the Mt. Spokane trail area

2. Your biggest concerns:
- Desire for an improved and larger Selkirk Lodge
- Better and more consistent grooming
- The Sno-Park fee system
- Toilets and a rest stop near the back of the trails

The great news (if you haven't heard yet) is that our new groomer will be coming in summer, and will allow for better grooming, particular in icy conditions. Another issue we've heard is that Nova Hut isn't warm enough, so we'll be replacing the stove this summer.
