Make the Most of Winter! Learn to skijor with your best furry friend in a fun, 2.5 hour, paws-on-snow clinic at the Mt Spokane State Park Nordic Ski area.

Learn Skijor trail etiquette, plus teach your dog to Pull, Stop, and Pass other teams safely.

COVID update: Spokane Nordic teaches skijor clinics on the Nordic trails at Mt. Spokane State Park. Because of this, we must comply with all government-regulated COVID safety mandates. Due to infection rates in our area, the current Phase 2 rules may change, and we are not able to offer exact information about skijor clinics until approximately mid-to-late December.

Because the Nordic lodge (Selkirk) is closed this winter, we are hoping to complete the “skijor basics and etiquette” portion on-line and meet in smaller groups on-snow to learn how to skijor together.

At this time, we are still able to provide loaner skijor equipment for you and your dog.  (This includes a human belt, bungee line, and dog harness).

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we find creative ways to introduce you and your dog(s) to the fabulous sport of skijoring.
