While Spokane Nordic Ski Association is largely a volunteer organization, it does contract with several individuals to fulfill functions that are too specialized or intense to be met well by within the time constraints of an all-volunteer board or volunteer members.

Jason Jablonski
Race Team Coach

After getting his Bachelor's degree in Education from Central Washington, Jason spent three years as a professional triathlete and another five as a professional mountain biker before starting his coaching career. He has spent the last 18 years coaching cross-country skiing, in addition to serving 8 years as the coach of Team USA’s Junior Mountain Bike Team.

Additional Experience:

Former Leavenworth Jr. Nordic Race Coach (2 years)

BEAR Development program - High Performance Team director

National Junior Mountain Bike Team Head Coach & USA Mountain Bike Development Coach

Personal endurance coach, SET personal coaching

Ski service rep, Swix Racing

Ted Haskell
Transition Team

Ted Haskell began coaching the Transition Team (T-Team) in December 2019. He brings many years of experience coaching youth sports including Nordic skiing, X-C running and soccer in Spokane, Seattle, Freeman WA, and Laramie WY.

Trevor & Dee Finchamp

This husband and wife team joined the SNSA team in 2020 to help with communication and website-related tasks. Trevor and Dee run a small local business called Karma Coordinate that helps several Spokane non-profits with their communication, fundraising, and creative needs.
